On March 28, 2011, Ron and Annouka Spears the owners of 'West Coast Catering', hosted an Grand Opening/Food Tasting at the LA Harbor Lodge in San Pedro, CA. There were a lot of great vendors. Food and drinks was also prepared by Chef Ron Spears owner of West Coast Catering, http://www.westcoastcatering.net/, Photo's were taken by Christa Hunt Impressions @ http://www.christahunt.com/, the Wall Draping, Fantasy Table Skirt(R) and Balloon Decor created by Demetra owner of SBD Events @ http://www.sbdevents.com/. The guest were entertained by the music delights of DJ Kerry Smith, The Beautiful Cake was created by Keisha owner of Coutor Cake Design, Event Coordinator by: Deborah Croom of 'I Say Yes Weddings and Event Planning'. There were a live band: The Elements, a delicious Chocolate Fountain by Brett Gross from Chocolate Delight and Event Planning by The KL Experience.
